Unequivocally Recommended! We recommend Intellectual Homes unequivocally for any home improvement project. Vinny and the team spent countless hours prior to construction assisting us in designing our kitchen and providing advice on layout, materials, and functionality. The significant advance planning enabled us to visualize exactly what we wanted. Following the planning stage, the Intellectual Homes team put together an aggressive construction plan that minimized the impact on our day-to-day lives. Perhaps most importantly, they finished on time and on budget! We could not be happier with the layout of our new kitchen and the quality of the finishes.
Excellent job! As an absentee landlord, I was not able to be in attendance at any time during the project. I totally relied on their experience and professional knowledge. My early beliefs were that they would do an excellent job and I was not disappointed. My eventual final project review in the office of the county inspector further supported my belief when he said it was one of the nicer pieces of work he had seen. I did not personally meet everyone involved but talked on the phone at various times with most of the team and felt very comfortable with their feedback and reports throughout the duration of the project.
This was key to the success! The planning phase was very well handled; the Intellectual Homes team put a lot of time in ensuring they understood our needs, what we wanted and what we could afford. This was key to the success of our project.
Professional and courteous! Everyone we worked with was professional and courteous, and we appreciated the great care everyone took with our home and family. Intellectual Homes took everything into consideration from the very beginning and delivered a concept and a reality that was best for our family and our future.
The work is of the highest quality! Our home is historic and had a number of unique elements that required special care, and both Intellectual Homes and A.V. Remodeling put a lot of thought and creativity into its approach to our project. From the beginning, they demonstrated that they wanted us to have the home we always wanted and needed, coming up with a design that is better than we could have imagined. The work is of the highest quality, and we love our “new” home. We find that we spend most of our time in the newly designed spaces, and they are exactly what we had hoped they would be.
It’s a pleasure working with the Intellectual Homes team! We told them what we didn’t like about our old kitchen but weren’t really sure what we wanted, until they planned it out for us. The new kitchen is so much more functional, and beautiful. I have storage where I can reach it, the colors are warm and elegant, and the space feels like it got a lot bigger, even though we didn’t change the footprint. The new curved island adds warmth and makes for a much better flow from the family room into the breakfast room. It’s a pleasure working with the Intellectual Homes team. They were very good at overseeing construction and making sure that everything came out the way we wanted.
I knew they were listening! I met several designers and builders but decided to go with Intellectual Homes because I knew they were listening to what my visions were for my renovation and they would not impose a design style that I would not want. I also liked that the design process would be a collaborative effort with a beautiful end result.
