A Little Bit about Us:
Intellectual Homes was designed by Vincent Davena as a place where somebody could hire a trusted professional with years of experience, and do so without the worry that is typical within this industry. We pride ourselves on our craftsmanship, exquisite design, and management capability as these skills are difficult to find these days. Yet, what we pride ourselves on the most is our honesty and integrity as its character traits that are so critical to a relationship between a builder and the client.
Educated by The Johns Hopkins University, Vincent received his Master’s Degree in Environmental Science, and by the Massachusetts Maritime Academy, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Marine Safety and Environmental Science. We rely on these degrees every day as they taught us how to manage complex systems, how to understand engineering systems, how to properly plan a project site, and how to understand a homes impact to the environment.
Our firm’s desire is to design and build the preeminent space for you and your family, so you can live each day happily and comfortably knowing that you don’t regret any of the decisions you’ve made during the design phase.
We Cater to Your Design Needs
Our years in this industry have taught us many things, but what’s most important is that no two clients and no two projects are alike. The key is to remain flexible, and capable, while allowing each unique experience to flourish into your specific project. Some clients are visually based so we may use a great deal of 3D drawings, while some may only need to see floor plans, a few wire diagrams, and photographs of past work. Other clients simply don’t want to be hassled; they just want the project finished! We adjust our methods to ensure every client is comfortable with what’s planned, to guarantee ultimate satisfaction with the finished space. In every case, we meet all of the county requirements and ensure that we provide you with detailed pricing and a solid scope of work. When it comes to specialized services such as industrial cladding, we partner with the leading Industrial Cladding Sprayers Company to ensure top-notch results.
