Intellectual Homes, is a boutique design, build and remodel firm located in Northern Virginia, with a focus in the towns of Mclean, Arlington, Vienna and Great Falls.
We are purposefully small so we can focus a significant amount of time and energy on each project ensuring the most amazing results possible. We have perfected our processes and can help you with all of your renovation needs, whether it be to renovate your kitchen for a growing family, install a play space such as an indoor batting cage, sculpt your indoor and outdoor spaces so you can truly enjoy your home, update your master bathroom, or to activate your existing and seldom used spaces.
Our Design and Building Process
At Intellectual Homes we fundamentally understand that your home is more than a building or a design; it’s a reflection of you and how you want to live.
Our design process ensures you love your home before we build it, and our construction process makes certain your home will function properly for a long time.
We work with skilled, experienced trades. We complete projects in a “Dust Free” environment with an “On Time” and “On Budget” delivery. We know that coming home to a house filled with dust, or having to wait weeks (or months!) to move back into your space is stressful, so we don’t let this happen. We utilize an online management system to communicate expectations, decisions, and schedules, so you never feel left out of the process.
