The Intellectual Homes building process is based on the fact that we understand we are building your home.

We use quality materials and rely on our long relationships with respected vendors. We work with skilled, experienced trades. We complete projects in a “Dust Free” environment with an “On Time” and “On Budget” delivery. We know that coming home to a house filled with dust, or having to wait weeks (or months!) to move back into your space is stressful so we don’t let this happen.  We utilize an online management system to communicate expectations, decisions and schedules so you never feel left out of the process.
